PROJECT CONCEPT
Our concept for this renovation is “Energize and Illuminate.” The inspiration behind this concept is to create an interior that invigorates the senses and sparks creativity, perfectly aligning with the spirit of youthful innovation that engineering embodies. The design sought to transform the space into a hub of activity and engagement, fostering collaboration and exchange of ideas among engineers and professionals.
The furniture layout is designed for flexibility and functionality. Lounge-style seating with colorful and comfortable upholstery will populate the lounge area, ensuring a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Flexible seating arrangements will allow for easy reconfiguration to accommodate different group sizes and event needs. Moreover, a raised step is provided to serve as a hub for group discussions and dining.
To introduce a touch of nature, we have incorporated low-maintenance indoor plants, enhancing the overall ambiance. We also provided a comprehensive budget and project management plan to ensure the project remains on track in terms of costs and timeline.
