PROJECT CONCEPT
This dynamic 13-story edifice stands as an exemplar of modern architectural design, skillfully accommodating a multitude of purposes within its robust frame. At its base, a substantial basement of 2,500 sqft houses the vital services such as water tanks and pump rooms, forming the operational core of the building.
Ascending from this foundation, the lower ground and ground floors sprawl across 11,145 sqft, bustling with retail activity, offering a diverse array of shops that cater to all consumer needs. The convenience of commerce is just an elevator ride away for the inhabitants and visitors alike.
The subsequent three levels are thoughtfully dedicated to parking facilities, addressing the practical demands of urban transportation and providing residents and guests with secure and accessible vehicular storage.
